MP Judiciary Exam Eligibility 2024

Earlier, the MP judiciary notification required for MP Judiciary Eligibility that an applicant to be eligible for the MPCJ must have-

  • Either 70% marks in the LLB course, or
  • A practising lawyer with 3 years of minimum experience.

However, now the Supreme Court has stayed this criteria and now any law graduate with a law degree from a recognized university either 5 years or 3 years, is eligible to apply for the services.
