Every conspirator is an agent of his group in carrying out the conspiracy’s objective, according to the notion of agency, which is the fundamental premise emphasised under Section 10 of the law. The commonality of interest and existing community of purpose between the parties serve as the foundation for the rule. Similar to how one partner in a partnership is seen to be the agent of the other, one conspirator is considered to be the agent of the other, and anything they say, do, or write is assumed to have been done by the other conspirator.
