Under Section 10, nothing ever said or done by a conspirator will be taken into consideration. The Section places some restrictions on the basic rule of admission mentioned in the Sections that came before it. The thing that was said, done, or written by one of the conspirators must have been done with a common intention at the time. When reasonable grounds are shown to think that a conspiracy existed, statements said, actions taken, or writings produced during that time period can be used to support the shared goal.
