Age Criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 years old when submitting the online form.
  • Additionally, in 2024, your maximum age should not be higher than 42 subject to age relaxations. They are:
  • The Backward Class A and B of Haryana, the age relaxation is for 5 years. 
  • For the Wives of military personnel who are disabled while in military services, the age relaxation is for 5 years. 
  • The SC/ST Category, age relaxation is for 5 years.
  • For Unmarried Females (including divorced and separated females), their age relaxation is for 3 years.
  • The PH and PwD of Haryana, age relaxation is for 10 years.
  • The PH and PwD (belonging to SC/ST), age relaxation is for 15 years.

Educational Criteria:

  • • To be eligible for the Haryana Judiciary exam, the candidate must have a Bachelor of Laws degree from any college or university that the Bar Council of India has authorized.
  • To practice in the High Court or courts subordinate to it, you must be an advocate enrolled in accordance with the Advocate Act, 1961.

Nationality Criteria:

  • Any citizen of India may apply to take the examination.
  • Applications from citizens of Nepal and Bhutan, as well as refugees from Tibet, are also encouraged.
