- The age criteria of applicants for the RJS examination are 21 to 40 years old.

RJS Preliminary Exam Pattern:
- The Rajasthan Judiciary Preliminary Exam has multiple-choice questions in an objective format.
- The mandated Law Papers I and II account for 70% of the exam weight, with the remaining 30% going toward English and Hindi skills.
- It is significant to note that 40% of the exam’s minimum scores are required for SC/ST categories and 45% for all other categories.
- If you qualify for the preliminary exam, you’ll be eligible to sit the Rajasthan Judiciary Mains Examination.
Rjs mains exam pattern:
- The purpose of the Rajasthan Civil Judge Mains Examination Format is to assess your aptitude, knowledge, and abilities for the role of Civil Judge.
- To be considered for the position, you will need to demonstrate your fluency in Hindi, English, and law.
- It is noteworthy to observe that selection heavily depends on the Mains Stage scores. Four papers at this level assess different areas of your expertise.
- The duration of the two Law Papers (Civil and Criminal Law), each worth a maximum of 100 marks, is three hours.
- Paper I in Hindi and Paper II in English are two-hour exams with a marked limit of fifty each.
RJS Interview Round:
- A candidate must receive at least 35% in each of the law papers and 40% overall in the Main Examination in order to be eligible for the interview.
- If a candidate from the Scheduled Caste or scheduled tribe category receives at least 30% in each of the legal papers and 35% overall in the Main Examination, they will be considered qualified for an interview.
- It will be required to appear in person for a viva voce before the Interview Board for each written exam. It will not be advised to appoint a candidate who has not shown up for a viva voce or any of the written papers before the board.
Rajasthan Judiciary Examination: Application Process
The form can only be completed online. You can register for the RJS exam 2024 via www.hcraj.nic.in , the Rajasthan High Court website.
- Go to the Rajasthan Public Service Court’s official website.
- Select “RJS Application Form” from the menu.
- Enter your name, date of birth, address, and category.
- Add academic data, such as 10th, 12th, and LLB details.
- Send in exam-related information, such as your preferred exam location.
- Enclose your signature and a recent passport-sized photograph in the format and size specified.

- Go to https://hcraj.nic.in/ , the Rajasthan High Court’s official website.
- Locate and select the ‘Recruitment’ tab.
- There is a link provided for you to obtain the Rajasthan Judiciary Examination admission card. Press the button.
- Enter the captcha code, your date of birth, and your registration number to access your account.
- After selecting the “Submit” option, your admit card will show up on the screen.
